This hotel is perfectly located, right on the beach and close to the center of the tourist area. You can easily walk to a beach club nearby or head down to the public beach, Playa Esmerelda. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Plus, you can enjoy access to a gym just a block away.

The showers in the rooms were not great, with water spraying everywhere and making it hard to rinse off.

Great location for tours or relaxing. Cheaper tours available online. Excellent breakfast choices with different locations. Great pools with shade or sun. Close to supermarkets and Chinese takeaway. Quiet and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Access to a nearby gym.

Well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, strong wifi, AC. Quiet and clean. Centrally located 1 min from 5th avenue. Beautiful, modern, and clean apartments. Close to the strip, yet peaceful for sleep. Good A/C and surprisingly quiet. Kind staff, with food recommendations. Easy access to beach club and partnered restaurants. Spa available. Easy to walk from bus station and ferry port. Convenient for food and shopping. Filtered water provided.

We had an amazing time with friends at this apartment. the penthouse unit was fantastic, with a huge rooftop patio that had a grill, hot tub, and outdoor furniture. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Another advantage was the daily cleaning service provided by Addy, who did a fantastic job and even took care of the dishwasher. We also appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment.

The main issue we had was with the handling of damages. We were accused of breaking a glass and a hairdryer, even though we knew we didn't cause the damage.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the Main Street, the beach, a supermarket, and a bank. The staff at the front desk were tremendously helpful with any requests, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The daily cleaning service, especially the help with dishes, was impressive. The location, though central to the beach and fifth avenue, allowed us to explore, but families may prefer a standalone resort for safety. highly recommended.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel and its convenient location just off the main tourist street. the fact that we had two breakfast options, one at a nearby restaurant and one at the beach house, was a nice touch. Additionally, the beach being located at the edge of the area was ideal for us as it wasn't too crowded. we found the hotel to be a great value for its price.

The maid service was excellent, and there were toiletries and beach towels provided. The attached restaurant and beach club served delicious food. The gym next door was a nice bonus.

It is also a short distance away from the public beach or Playa Esmerelda, providing guests with easy access to the beautiful coastline. Additionally, the hotel offers stunning views of a dramatic waterfall, adding to the overall ambiance of the property. The rooms are immaculate, with penthouse options available that feature multiple floors, a jacuzzi, and a beautiful deck.

One minor drawback mentioned by a guest was the outdated showers and lack of water pressure, which could benefit from improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the location was perfect for my needs. Everything was within walking distance and I loved how centrally located it was. The service here was also exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the range of facilities available, such as the spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness centre.
